MikroTik's RB-FTC is a Gigabit Fibre to Copper converter. Unlike many other media converters available on market, FTC has an outdoor waterproof case with lock screw. The device supports 12-57V PoE with 802.3af/at. It is supplied with a PoE injector and power supply. The case has a mounting system that is secured by a screw from inside the lockable case, making the device hard to access by unauthorised individuals.

MikroTik's RB-FTCXG is a 10Gbps Fibre to Copper converter with an IP55 outdoor waterproof case with lock screw. The unit runs a full version of SwOS Lite, and has its own switch-chip, allowing you to perform a variety of tasks such as VLAN support, SNMP reporting and basic traffic shaping.
The device supports 43-57V 802.3bt PoE input and is supplied with a PoE injector and 48V power supply.

The unit comes with an IP67 outdoor enclosure and grounding cable. The maximum suggested cable length is 40 metres. For maximum protection, it is recommended to use an RB-GESP for outdoor connections and the RB-GESPIN at the other end for indoor connection.
